At FBF, the Residence is not an “extra service”. It is a real educational project.
Let’s be clear: in youth sports, the word “residence” often means a dorm far from the city centre, with no qualified supervision. Sometimes a coach is there only for logistics, not to take care of the boys. We do the opposite.
In the heart of Francavilla Fontana
No anonymous suburbs. No “corridor life”. Only tidy and calm home spaces where athletes learn independence, responsibility, and living together.
The boys do not “disappear”. They are supported and monitored in everyday life, also with help from older teammates.
When authorised, they move on foot between squares, shops, and cafés in the city centre — inside real life, not in an isolated dorm.

Five minutes from everything
In less than five minutes on foot, athletes reach our arena: a key sports venue, upgraded for major events, with renewed locker rooms, air conditioning, sustainable technologies, and modern services.
This means less wasted time, better organisation, and more energy for training, study, and recovery.
High schools (Scientific High School and Technical/Business High School) are only a few meters away. We have direct contact with principals and teachers, so the athlete is never left alone at school.
Families stay involved and informed, with constant communication that connects school results, sport commitments, and peace of mind.
At the centre of the home there is a resident education tutor 24/7: a real presence, not “a few hours a day”. They take care of cleaning and laundry, but most of all they listen, observe, and support: balanced nutrition, sleep routine, and talks when needed. Every detail is real care.
The spaces are large and bright: internet connection, a dedicated study area, common spaces to spend time together, and a food plan designed for athletes. The idea is simple: a safe and human place where the athlete lives well, trains better, and grows as a person.
