fbf campus
A residential program for athletes aged 14+ — school, basketball, and personal growth in one ecosystem.
- You do not join because of your “name” or your current level. You join because of motivation and willingness to work.
- A clear daily routine: less travel, more quality (school, court, gym, study, recovery).
- A development plan: skills + physical work + habits, with measurable goals.
- Family communication: regular reports and direct contact when needed.
WHERE DREAMS AND TALENT GROW
The FBF Campus is more than a place. It is an integrated project that connects home, school, and sport. Safe and central residences, a lab focused on health and performance, and modern facilities all within walking distance create the right environment to grow as an athlete and as a person.

Training, studying, and living basketball becomes easier when everything is close. This is the strength of our facilities.
What it really is
FBF Campus is a residential path for athletes aged 14+ who want to train seriously without giving up school and life. We do not promise shortcuts. We build organised days, clear rules, and a working method that puts the athlete in the best conditions to improve on and off the court.
For the athlete
Team training + individual work, strength training, prevention, mindset, and responsibility.
For the family
We do not talk about “dorms”. We offer real homes: safe and calm spaces where athletes grow as players and as people.
Campus strengths
Method and routine
Structured days: school → practice → gym → study → recovery.
A serious technical path
Team work + individual sessions + small groups, with progression and clear goals.
Performance and injury prevention (Basket Lab)
Initial assessment, prevention programs, injury management, and a safe return to play with clear criteria.
The family is always part of the path
Regular reports + a direct line for needs and urgent cases. Problems are handled early, not discovered late.
School coordination
Organisational support to match sport commitments with stable study continuity.
Organised residence
Residences in the city centre, study spaces, and routines that fit an athlete’s life.
RESIDENCE: PEACE OF MIND FOR THE FAMILY, RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ATHLETE
The Campus offers an organised residence, with clear routines and an environment that helps young athletes grow: responsible independence, respect for rules, and a structured daily life.
The athlete is never “left alone”: there is always a reachable reference person and a system that checks times and daily habits.
If there is a health issue or an unexpected problem, we act immediately and follow the athlete until it is fully solved.
Optional (on request): dedicated educational support, if available.
How does the application work?
4 simple, clear, and fast steps.
1. Send your application
Fill in the form below with the key athlete details (age group, position, team, contacts). If you have a video or highlights, also add the link.
2. Talk with the staff
A first meeting (online or in person) to understand goals, availability, and school profile. Here you clarify everything: expectations, routine, rules, and priorities.
3. A full day in Francavilla
Full visit of facilities and residence, meeting with the coaching and organisation staff, and — if needed — an on-court tryout / evaluation.
4.Agreement and onboarding
If the profile fits, the athlete starts with a one-week onboarding: initial assessment (skills, physical level, habits) and a personalised Development Plan.
FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What does a typical week look like?
- Morning: school + return
- Afternoon: team practice + rotating blocks of individual work / small-sided games (SSG)
- Late afternoon: strength training / mobility / prevention (in cycles)
- Evening: planned study time + residence routine + recovery
- Weekend: games/tournaments or focused work + recovery
Is this only for players who are already “ready”?
No. The Campus does not take only “the best”. We place each athlete in the right context for their starting level. What matters most is motivation, willingness to work, and respect for the rules. The path is built on measurable goals and step-by-step progression.
Is the Residence staffed 24/7?
No, there is no fixed 24/7 staff inside the home.
Support is organised in a functional way: staff in daily time slots for normal needs (meals, cleaning, laundry), regular checks on rules/times/presence, and always-on availability for any need.
In case of fever, illness, or injury, support becomes full and continuous until the issue is solved.
On request (and if available), it is possible to evaluate a residence option with a 24/7 education tutor, with an extra cost.
How often does an athlete train, and what type of work?
The Campus connects basketball and school in a daily routine: team practice, strength training, and rotating blocks of individual work / small-sided games (SSG).
Planned individual sessions are also included.
The exact schedule depends on the age group and game calendar, but the logic is always the same: quality, progression, and personalisation.
How do you manage school?
We work with local public high schools that are easy to reach.
School is not “secondary”: it is part of the path. The Campus helps coordinate time and load (game weeks, study, continuity) and monitors attendance and study organisation with clear communication.
What happens if an athlete gets injured?
With Basket Lab, we work on prevention and injury management with a clear method: initial assessment, shared report, targeted work, and return-to-play protocols coordinated between medical area, strength coaches, and coaching staff.
The goal is fewer unnecessary stops and a safe return based on clear criteria, not on feelings.
What is included in the fee, and what is extra?
The fee (annual, paid quarterly) includes, in short: residence, meals, team practice, planned individual sessions, strength training, gym access, Basket Lab (screening and prevention), planned study time / school support, regular reports, official kit.
Typical extras: school books/materials, travel costs for away tournaments.
For international athletes: possible visas/flights and, if required, the international transfer fee/procedure (the club supports the documents and process).
